I came home today to this VERY exciting package - all the way from Australia!!

Mooroopna Secondary College have sent a whopping 52 bags into the project! I want to say a big thank you to Kim for getting her students involved.  I will start documenting the bags in small groups so you can see them all in more detail!

Jason, 22, Student Youth Worker, Surrey

Just want to say…

Thank You to everyone who has sent wonderful blood bags to the project so far!

I also want to say thank you to those who included an extra letter in their parcels - they keep making my day and I love hearing about what the project has done for you!

Keep ‘em coming :D

The Blood Bag Project has an article on MrXStitch’s site!

Today SJ Sentimental Photography was kind enough to photograph some of the blood bags that have already been donated.  These images will be used for the online gallery which will be added to the main site very soon!  But for now, here is a sneak peak of what is in store!

The University of Huddersfield have also ran a piece on their main site!

This is a bag I made today.  It is a collabrative piece with my twin sister Rachael, who came up with the concept.  Thinking about putting sequins in the tube, what do you think?

The Blood Bag Project is being shown on Huddersfield University Student Union’s TVs until Easter, make sure you keep your eyes peeled!
